Using Agent Gorge

Terms of use

Agent Gorge is an independent event-discovery project operated by Dylan Holmes. These terms describe the service and the expectations for using it.

What the service does

Agent Gorge helps you find event information from selected public sources in the Columbia River Gorge. It provides information only. It does not sell tickets, make reservations, run events or act on your behalf. You are responsible for decisions and arrangements you make.

Confirm before you go

Coverage is limited and listings can be incomplete, out of date or incorrect. Events can change or be cancelled. Check the organizer’s website for the final time, location, price, ticket availability, age restrictions and accessibility. An AI client may also interpret or summarize a result incorrectly. Agent Gorge is not an emergency or real-time safety service.

Use the service responsibly

Use Agent Gorge lawfully. Do not attempt to access private records, bypass safeguards, overload the service or interfere with other people’s access. Public tools cannot retrieve private records or anyone’s usage or search history. Availability may be limited to protect the service, and requests may be rejected or time out.

Third-party material

Event information and linked websites belong to their respective publishers. Source links identify where information came from. Inclusion does not imply endorsement or a partnership. Respect the rights and terms that apply to third-party material. The photograph on the home page has its own linked reuse license.

Availability and responsibility

Agent Gorge is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service, complete coverage or accurate results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Your AI client and any event organizer or ticket provider have separate terms. Agent Gorge is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI or Anthropic.
