Include the event title, source link, date and what seems wrong. For questions about tickets, refunds, cancellations or accessibility, please contact the organizer directly.
For a connection or search problem
Tell me which AI client you used, roughly when it happened and the error message you saw. If helpful, include the event question with personal information removed. Please do not send passwords, API keys or full private conversations.
For privacy or security concerns
Use the same address for a privacy request or a suspected security issue. Keep sensitive details out of the initial message. See our privacy policy for what information is processed.
When to expect a reply
I handle support as time allows, so response times vary. For time-sensitive questions about an event, please contact the organizer.
